I just placed an order (3020247). I have a store credit I tried to use. I tried to apply it to this order, but it would not take it.
I typed in the amount I wanted to apply and clicked the apply button, but when when the checkout screen came back, it had not applied. I tried 3 times, but could not get it to apply. I finally just purchased it as normal.

Sorry to hear you were having this issue checking out. If you encounter this issue in the future, please let us know before you submit your order so that we can make sure your store credit is applying properly.
The PDFs in this order have already been charged to your payment method, and the physical items are currently set to your sidecart. If you would like to use Store Credit on your subscriptions, simply check the appropriate box on your My Subscriptions page.
