Pete, if you read this before an hour has passed would you mind your post to say something like:
"I just received
instead of naming the scenario? (Or just omit the spoiler altogether.)
To answer your question: Thassilonian Specialist is NOT an archetype, it's a very specialized school. However Ultimate Campaign does allow Wizards to retain their school.
You can instead retrain your arcane school (including changing to or from a universalist). Doing so replaces your school’s bonus spell slots and school powers. This training takes 5 days for every school power you lose from changing schools.
So most likely it would take you 10 days, cost 10 prestige and 3x10x10=300gp. And you must own Ultimate Campaign.
edit: There is a line in the Thassalonian Specialist description that says something like "This choice must be made at 1st level, and once made, it cannot be changed." This doesn't apply to retraining (the same language appeared in the core rulebook for a base wizard's school.)

Also, there's a more direct reason this is a no.
page 17 of Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Inner Sea Magic. As with other rules outside the core assumption, you must provide a legal copy of the book to use this option. (Emphasis mine)
From the explicit wording, I'm fairly sure you can't use it to retrain. Sorry.
