They get The Uprising if they return the Warden's Badge to Vesorianna after beating the 5 Ghosts. It is mentioned at the very beginning of the 2nd book.
The Hidden Truth is rewarded as described in the sidebar after the trial. The cards aren't actually in-game objects, they are a unique form of hero points.

To include the harrow cards in the game, I did the following.
I had a Fortune teller turn up early. I used the Cards to hint some future events. Then after the book one she turned up again and left the card after predicting events of the next book.
She became a standard that turns up from time to time.
