Dam's "At This Location" says:
You may not move or be moved from this location unless another character is present.
Does this mean that the power only applies if it's still open? Or does it still apply even if it's closed? The back of the card doesn't have the "At This Location" power which is the normal indication that I use to indicate that the power still applies if it's closed.
I'd think it still applies though.
If the power is not listed on the back of the card then it doesn't apply when the card is flipped.
