Like other Blessings, this card says you can recharge it instead of discarding if the top of the Blessings deck is the same.
Since this is a promo that you can only get when you buy The Skinshaw Murders, there no way to have one in your hand and the Blessings deck unless you buy more than one set of The Skinshaw Murders.
We attempt to cover all cases on the cards. It is definitely not impossible to end up with two of these in a given circumstance.
