Your choice to not accept Amex as a valid form of payment has forced me to re-evaluate my decision to support this company further.
I neither need nor desire to carry more than one CC and Amex is the most cost efficient and secure one offered.
If I cannot use my preferred method of online payment then I am forced ask if the company truly cares to have my business support.

Seeing as the mom and pop gas station/convenience store (the only one around for 40 miles)a block and a half from my home accepts Amex one has to question the validity of the arguments against accepting Amex.

We reevaluate our credit card processing on a regular basis and unfortunately, every time we look into AMEX, the terms and conditions (and fees) that would apply to our online banking make it something that is not feasible for us at this time. I'm sorry that this is inconvenient for you and I do hope that at some point in the future things change to where we are able to start taking AMEX.
I do hope that wherever you choose to purchase your Pathfinder or and gaming supplies you are having fun and rolling lots of nat 20's.

And clearly if your business only comes if you can use AMEX then the answer is no they don't want your business support under those conditions at this time.
