So, I'm currently wondering what kind of theme games people have made.
I'm currently making one for neutral/good skill monkeys (a group of thieves are sent to "collect" the taxes of a powerful lich), (encouraging skill-optimization) for a bunch of my PFS friends. (about 3-4 games total)
I'm also reflecting on a "SPARTANS" type game, where 4 players (about level 13) have to face an increasingly large number of foes over 7 days to defend a pass. The catch is that they must all be golden legionnaires or stalwart defenders from the core races. ( about 4-5 games total)
Have others tried other types of "special theme" games/short campaigns? I'm interested in knowing what people have done.

I'm currently working out a system for players to be magical girls, a la Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
Aratrok, will you accept my team "mahou shoujo no Sarenrae?". It's a cleric, inquisitor, paladin, dawnflower dervish & dissident of dawn team of "magical" girls that serve sarenrae...
In any case, it's nice to see what others have done.

Of course. Though, being the faithful people they are, they're probably going to be very disturbed when they find out where mahou shoujo souls go. :P
I'm planning it as something that replaces a character level and causes certain problems so that you can get a lot more versatility out of it by combining its granted powers with class levels of your choice. The inspiration was to run a grim magical girl game, but it's being developed such that it could be used for individual characters as well or altered if you want something a bit more optimistic. I'll probably post some of what I've got when it's more than a disjointed mess of math and notes.
