Greetings, Customer Service Heroes!
I'm a little confused...in general, really...but at the moment I'm specifically talking about the 12thMan discount. Today's blog indicates that we can apply it to our monthly subscription shipment.
Is that really possible, or am I misreading it? If it is possible, how do I go about setting that up?

Hey there,
If you are wanting to apply the code to your February subscription order, you will need to contact Customer Service after your subscription order has been submitted (when you receive your authorization email), to request we attach the code to that order.
Our current estimate is to begin the authorization process on Thursday.

Sorry there was some confusing wording and confusion on our end which we are clarifying in the blog post. The 12thMan discount code does not apply to subscription items. You can use it to place an order for qualifying items that ship with a subscription shipment, but the subscription items themselves will not be discounted.

Okay. That makes sense...and is more in line with the way previous "special event" discounts have worked. Thanks for clarifying things.
I still have a few items in my sidecart that I have added for this next subscription order, so I'll need to touch bases with you to make sure those items receive the extra discount.
