I can't find an answer to this.
Animal Archieve and Ultimate Equipment make some animals available to any character for purchase including things like tiger and axebeak. The AR for AA states that dinosours and megafaunse can't be purchased unless the dinosaur is already available in the AR under Beastiary 1, 2, 3, or UE.
Does this mean a dinosour listed under Animal Companions in the AR for the bestiaries are legal for purchase? Or does it also have to be listed in the AC? What about dinosaures listed in the AR for Beastiary 4?
My issue is a Nagaji Paladin riding a horse. I can't stand the thought. I'm not trying to cheese but it seems the only way to get a reptile mount is if these options are available.
Thanks in advance.

Animal Companions are different from purchased animals. In particular, dinosaurs you get as an animal companion are weaker than the "normal" creature in most cases.
When purchasing an animal via Animal Archive or Ultimate Equipment, you get a creature with its full stats block from the Bestiary.
You can't puchase any dinosaurs from Animal Archive, even if there are animal companion versions of them, unless you can legally purchase them from Ultimate Equipment.
And there are quite a few options for a reptile mount:
Giant Chameleon
Giant Frilled Lizard
Giant Gecko
(all listed as Riding Animals, and can therefore legally be purchased)

Thanks for the replies. Yes the way I was taking it they had to be listed in AA for sale, and approved as an animal companion in one of the bestiaries, before they were PFS legal for purchase to any character. I'm planning on taking the bonded weapon since I can't get a reptile as a paladin mount. I hadn't really considered the chameleon or fringed lizard and they look pretty cool as well.
