Bestiary 3 is not updating in HeroLab

I purchased and downloaded a license package for Bestiary 3 in HeroLab on January 23rd. I followed all the instructions in the email, and the data license shows as being installed. However, at least one race (Shae) is nor showing up in HeroLab. Lone Wolf has not replied to my email; please advise.


This is a Lone Wolf issue. There's not much that Paizo can do. I find that it generally takes two to three business days to get a response from Lone Wolf. Double check your spam/junk folder to make sure that it wasn't filtered there.

Did you file an official bug report? All I can say is I have the Shae available. Stop by the Lone Wolf forums and you're more likely to get a response, especially on a weekend. It does take 3-5 days usually for a responses to bug reports usually as they investigate them before replying.


Did you make sure that the Bestiary 3 option is selected in the Configure Hero set up? You also may have to make sure you have make sure that the Races To Show doesn't have the wrong box checked.
