checking on order status

Can someone check on the status of order #2980658 for me? The UPS link still doesn't show any tracking info and I received the shipping email on January 17th.

Hey there Josef,

Your PACG Card replacement was shipped out on January 17th, with an estimated 3-10 business days in transit. Today is the 3rd business day due to the Martin Luther King holiday.

Unfortunately, the way card replacements for the PACG are sent out, does not fully line-up with our system, and tracking will not be available for that order—we send out the card replacements in a stamped envelope, and they do not pass through Mail Innovations for receiving tracking information.
