I have an item sitting in my sidecart (order 2959883, placed January 2nd) that didn't ship with my latest subscription shipment (order 2959884 January 9th, shipped Monday). I knew I had a subscription shipment coming up and I was hoping to get this bundled in with that order.
Any particular reason this didn't go out with the subscription? Just curious, thanks in advance.

It look like at the time your sidecart was pulled, and your authorization email sent, on January 9th, this item had not yet been received by our warehouse from our supplier. Presently it looks like the item has come in, however your subscription order was processed for shipping on January 13th and cannot be further altered at this time.
If you would like to have this item ship as soon as possible, just let us know and we will be happy to move it to a separate order. If you want to change your shipping method for that order, simply let us know which option you would prefer. Currently your sidecart is set to UPS Ground for a cost of $17.68; the cheapest option would be Standard Post for $5.70.
Otherwise, this item should ship with your February subscription items.

For your future reference, fulfillment times are listed under an items Availability section on their product page—this is the time we estimate it will take to fulfill an order for that item, as well as any estimated time on securing an item from a supplier.
Items with an estimated 2-6 business days, are usually readily available at our warehouse and should not be delaying an order or skip entering a subscription order from your sidecart (provided it is added to your sidecart before your subscription order is submitted).

Presently it looks like the item has come in...
The item in question now appears to be flagged as "Backorder". It wasn't marked backorder when I ordered it, and it had been sitting in my sidecart. Now it's moved from my sidecart to my next subscription shipment, but it's flagged Backorder. It's order 2970396.
I'd like to make sure it's not going to hold up my subscription shipment.
