Hello and sorry to bother everyone. Know it has been hectic with the holidays and everything.

Could you please check into the above order though? It shipped on Dec 14th and I have yet to see any sign of it. I don't mind waiting a bit longer if it will help either, just figured since I got the email that the next one was shipping I should inquire on this one as well.

Your order was processed for shipping on December 14th with an estimated 7-11 business days in transit. It is currently the 16th business day. We usually ask that you give a package an extra week beyond the outside estimate, however between shipping delays that can happen during the holidays and all the snow that has delayed packages in the Central US & Canada, I'd like to give this package a few more days to arrive.

If you have not seen your package by January 15th, please let us know. In the mean time, you should check with your local postal delivery service to see if they are holding any packages for you.

Sad to say this still hasn't arrived. Not sure if it got ate with all the Xmas packages or what happened to it. Do apologize for the delay in notice, when I had read your post I for some reason read it as the 17th and the Friday, not the 15th.
