Hello fine folks at Paizo CS!
I placed some items in my shopping cart to buy them within the next days, using the holiday bonus code. Before I submitted the order I noticed that the subtotal for the 9 items is $141.04 but the Order discount only amounts to $9.43, which is only about 6%, not the promised 10%.
(Items in the shopping cart are AP's #45-48, a pathfinder players compendium and some GameMastery Spell templates, all of which are indicated to be in stock, so the bonus should apply to all of them)
Also the Order Summary has the Shipping & Handling listed at $30.55, whereas the selected Shipping Method (Standard postal delivery) says $27.26.
Can you look into these issues?

The GameMastery Spell Templates are an item on consignment. Items on consignment are not eligible for the Holiday14 code. Minus the cost of those 3 items, your subtotal becomes $94.29, and 10% of that is $9.43.
The shipping & handling is the result of a display issue that our tech team is aware of. Shipping & Handling for your order at Standard Post comes to $27.26. The system is using a previously calculated shipping and handling price of $30.55, but then granting you a S&H discount of $3.29. Combined with your First Ten Discount, this brings your total S&H to $17.26 and explains why you are seeing a S&H discount of $13.29.

Ok, then how do I know that those templates are on consignment?
They are labeled as GameMastery (which was a Paizo brand), and the manufacturer given on the product page is "Paizo Publishing, LLC".
Regardless, thanks for clearing up the S&H-webbug. I knew that the S&H discount is sometimes more than the First Ten Discount, but never much cared about that.
I'll think about dropping the templates, but thanks again.
(Still want to know how I could have known that those are on consignment, by looking at them)

Usually the "Paizo Publishing LLC" at the top of the page is a good indicator, unfortunately the Spell Templates are a special-case-scenario where they actually belong to Steel Sqwire — there isn't a particularly easy way to identify these special cases from the customer-side except by how you found it during checkout.
