Season 5 boons question

I had a question about some boons in PFS at the moment and was wondering if it was possible to get some guidance on them

Boons:

There have been several scenarios that have had boons related to gathering armies. Previous seasons have had similar related boons that have tied in to an end cap scenario.

The season 4 boons were all in 7-11 scenarios, but in season 5 the boons have appeared in both tier 5-9 and 7-11 scenarios. I have a character right at level 9 and would like to get all of the boons before the endcap of the scenario.

Would it be possible to find out if the boons will stay only in 7-11 scenarios, or will they appear in 5-9 scenarios as well?
