Paizo Customer Service Algorithm

I have order #2799886 and #2893743 still showing as Pending. Any idea when these will ship? Thanks!
Order #2799886 was shipped from our warehouse on the 6th of November, and its tracking shows that it was successfully delivered on the 12th. It looks like our system added a Paizo Product Catalog to the order after it had been shipped, which caused the order to display as still pending since the catalog was never shipped. I've cancelled the catalog and it should now be displaying properly.
Order #2893743 is still pending, however I'm currently rounding up any remaining December subscription shipments and getting them to ship asap, and I'll try to get yours out the door as quickly as I can. Thanks for checking in with us. :)
