New Forum post - Orders Still Pending - As Requested

As requested in the Other thread.. Was told to start a new thread if my Dec Sub still showed "Pending" at the end of the night.. my night is over..

My subscription: 2928136

And my straight order: 2940655

Are both still showing pending..

I got an email a couple weeks ago saying that it should ship soon.. so.. I am just starting a thread as was discussed in the other thread..

Couple things tho.. I Started my sub with Adventure Pack 2.. as well as the promot.. but I don't see that on the pending order list anymore.. is that still going to ship?

They are indeed. :) Your order should be shipping our shortly, and you should see them included in the confirmation email. The warehouse staff caught the discrepancy when they were processing the order and fixed it.

Erik, I just got my shipment notification, but it said usps, I payed for ups shipping. Let me know if that was an oversight or a side effect of merging the orders.

It looks like while merging your orders, your shipment got set to use the cheapest delivery method available, which was USPS Priority Mail. You were charged for USPS Priority Mail and not UPS Ground. Our apologies for the mix-up, unfortunately as this package has already been processed for shipping, I am unable to alter the shipping method on this order.

Well my USPS very regularly "looses" mail.. I try to never ship anything unless it's tracked.. here's hoping it shows up..
