I am creating a demonlord who is the Demonlord (lady) oF violence with the gun.
Vistereid Demonlord of violence by the gun.
Im picturing her at an outlaw among even the lawless demons. A sadistic demonic gunslinger who travels the lower planes committing violent crimes. Robbing hellish convoys, Waylaying angelic peacekeepers. Murder and debauchery across the outer planes. She has no realm of her own but does have a gang of outlaw monsters she travels with to do her crimes.
Anyway im having issues thinking of special abilities. Figuring she has some minor artifact pepperbox guns. (+5 Unholy, chaotic, speed, shocking burst) She is in love with the gun and vice versa. she often talks to it and it seems to reply to her. Some say it Is intelligent and houses the soul of a mortal Gunslinging serial killer.
Some ideas i have been kicking around.
Use a ranged SLA as a swift action when she scores a critical hit.
Give any gun the scatter quality.
Some grit powers.
Anyone have any other ideas?
Her possie includes
A gunslinging Grave Knight.
Rides around on a skeletal champion Dragonhorse.
A hezrou demon alchemist
couple other i haven't thought up yet.

I'd start by making a half-fiend gunslinger 20 and then make it more demonic. There are sla dealing specifically with guns and ammo,
(greater) Named bullet is awesome as an ability.
It seems better as a Daemon though (death by gunviolence), dont see quite as much potential for sin here. Maybe she has ambitions to be the next horseman of war.

I'd make a band of Juju zombie gunslingers on undead nightmares.
ability for the demon/daemon lord:
Gunsmoke: xxxxx can see through any kind of smoke, fog, gas and similar concealment. In addition whenever she makes a full attack with guns she is surrounded by a cloudkill effect 5' around her position, giving her concealment (20%).

I always thouth daemon and demon roles were kinda reversed. Chaos and evil make me thing wanton slaughter while Neutral evil seems much more sinister and sinful. I dunnk just my two cents.
As far as sins assoceated with her i could se wrath, Greed, Lust (for violence :P) any one of those could be a reasonable hook to hang her on.
Anyway i think ive got eanough special abilities figured out thank everyone for your help.

Pale Stranger posse would be pretty cool with them all riding Nightmares.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but technically you can't be a demon lord unless you rule over your own Abyssal plane; it's only then that a nascent demon lord is ascended to that rank (almost as if they Abyss itself is rewarding them for their accomplishment).
Then again, that's Pathfinder/Golarion lore. As this is homebrew, that rule may not apply.
You could make her plane in the Abyss be an abandoned "ghost town" sort of Wild West region, though. The only residents hide away and dare not challenge her rule, leaving her free to roam the Outer Planes. These residents manage to get by, but live in constant fear of her return.
But, if you're set in your ways, again, this is homebrew.
With all the recent gun debates in the U.S. it comes as no surprise that one would consider a demon lord patron for these grisly crimes. Though, perhaps a powerful daemon would be more fitting.

Are you going to post her final stats? I'd love to borrow them for a patron to a succubus gunslinger LBEG I've created. They might come in handy, if I decide to toss in a "Summon the Demon Lord" sub-plot. (I haven't decided yet...)
Indeed i am :)
Im kinda contemplating leaning towards Daemon. I like the idea of a wanna be War.

I wonder if it's possible for a demon to be seduced into serving a deamon? I'm no where near fluent in the lore and interactions between the various different evil outsiders...
Possible, yes, I suppose, but extremely unlikely. Demons, devils, and angels will work together to fight daemons.
Devils want to rule the world.
Demons want to wreck stuff.
Daemons want to end everything with a soul, including other fiends and eventually themselves.
If daemons win, the devils and demons die, and more importantly, they don't get to have their fun. Plus, daemons destroy souls, which are the lower planes' favored currency. No one likes daemons.
