Missing promo cards

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Lost Omens Subscriber

Hey guys,

I just got my batch of subcriptions in order #2912096 and after rooting around the main box and the book sleeve boxes I found that I am missing the two PFCG promos, Birdcruncher Crown and Dance with Squealy Nord. I was wondering if there is a chance that I can still get them sent out now or in my next shipment. Thanks ahead of time.

Our warehouse staff has been placing the promo cards in the deck boxes to protect them during shipping. If you haven't yet, could you please open the Hook Mountain Massacre and see if the promo cards are inside?
