Order # 2912441 has been pending for two weeks. Can you provide some insight on what is going on with the order? The payment authorization has gone through twice now, but the funds never captured.

In the same boat, noticed the second authorization while I was perusing the module at the game store that still hasn't been shipped out.

Your subscription order is currently in our shipping queue for processing by our warehouse. When it ships you should receive a confirmation email. Per the December Sub Thread we are currently estimating that all subscription order should be shipped by December 31st.

As for the 2 authorizations: we authorized when your order was generated on December 12th. When your order entered our shipping queue on December 26th, we reauthorized as your bank notified us that the previous authorization had expired.

Same situation as above. In the future, please create your own post in the Customer Service forum rather than post in somebody else's thread. We want to keep threads on-topic with the OP and do not want to lose any requests in a flurry of posts.
