Hello,

When you sent this order you sent it in two different boxes, the box with the following products arrived without problems:

Pathfinder Adventure Path #75: Demon's Heresy (Wrath of the Righteous 3 of 6) (PFRPG)
Pathfinder Player Companion: Blood of the Moon (PFRPG)

The box with the following product is lost:

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Bestiary 4 (OGL) Hardcover

I called to the Post office in Quito and they told me that they don't have a box to me. And, probably, they sent it back to you. Because is long time since its probable arrival. I need your help.

Your order was processed for shipping on October 28th with an estimated 13-40 business days in transit. Currently it is the 38th business day due to several holidays. We usually ask that you give a package an extra week beyond its outside delivery estimate as shipping delays can occur. If you have not received your package by January 8th, please reach out to us again.

All of our delivery times are estimates. When your package leaves from our warehouse for an international destination it passes through the US Postal System, US Customs, your country's customs, and then your local postal delivery system. Sometimes packages can pass through this system quickly, and other times it can take the full delivery estimate. This can occasionally result in your packages arriving out of the order you submitted them in. Beyond checking with your local postal delivery system, you may also want to check with your county's customs department.

I have not received my book. Today, I called to the post office, and they don´t know anything about the book. They said that probably they sent it back to you because it is a long time since you sent it.

I have changed my address to control in a better way my shipping from now on.
