Half Orc Scarred Witch Doctor?

Is a half-orc witch with the scarred witch doctor archetype legal for PFS play?
I have this concept I have been working on and i would love to play it in PFS.

No.

In Additional Resources, under Advanced Race Guide: "In Chapter 2, nothing from the catfolk, drow, hobgoblins, kobolds, orcs, and ratfolk entries are currently legal for play."

That includes the Scarred Witch Doctor archetype.
