I'm running a kingmaker campaign via play by post on the Paizo forums, currently in the stolen lands. I use google drive to handle maps, and it can handle the stolen lands map without a hitch. However, I'm planning ahead to late game kingdom ruling: I've edited the four large maps together into one massive world map (8.3mb). It's way too big to use on google or roll20. I'd like to have a map that I can fog of war and zoom in/scroll around with to provide my players a 'world map' that updates as they explore.
In my meatspace game, I taped the four maps from the folio together and had it laminated. Worked great.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Dropbox can hold that much and more for free, more if you're willing to pay (but if you want to pay, Google Drive's offer is better, $5/month for 100 GB compared to Dropbox's $10/month).
PM me your email address and I'll send you a Dropbox invite. You get extra space every time you invite someone =)
However, that's just providing storage. Unfortunately, the only way to have a "fog of war" effect for the file, at least that I'm aware of, would be to edit it manually every time someone got to a new space, or a new city is founded, or whatever; that's what I had to do with the map used by my group. As far as I know, there is no program that allows the sort of live updating of a document/image/map that big in the style of Roll20 or MapTool or similar programs.

The nice part about google drive is that I can toss a link into my profile for "current map" and the players can always use that link to get to the most current version of the map. Can dropbox do that?
I'm planning on doing manual edits of the map as new hexes are uncovered and explored. At this point the best I can do is put a fog of war layer on the map with Pixlr and erase the FoW as the party moves around.
