Have many/any people sat down and reworked any of the AP's into some sort of sensible narrative for PFS play?
At the moment they contain some excellent material and set piece activities, but given the players are really just skimming the content I wonder that there could be a bit of work done in contextualising the battles a bit, rather than just 'you enter a dungeon' or something.
I was considering running a truncated AP as a mini-campaign in which I cut down the non-PFS elements and kept it pretty lean, but how much can you trim before it doesn't make sense?
How do you 'intro' one of the AP's?
