"shipping rate cannot be found"

Hi,

Each time I try to order a Print/PDF bundle from the paizo webstore I get the following message during checkout :

"Shipping Method
This order cannot be processed because an appropriate shipping rate cannot be found."

I've only tried for 3 different items : Razor Coast (Frog God Games), The Heartstone Valley (FGG), and The Lonely Coast (Raging Swan), but I suspect
the problem might be the same with other Print/PDF bundles.

I would appreciate if you could look into it.

We apologize that you are having trouble checking out. We are currently having some difficulties with Print/PDF Bundles and our checkout system. If you could add the bundles that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, then with your permission we can submit your order on our end using the payment method you have associated with your subscriptions and selecting the cheapest delivery method available.

If you would like to have these items added to your pending subscription order or moved to your sidecart instead of being shipped as soon as possible, just let us know.

Thanks, but this solution won't work for me.
Before ordering anything I need to know the shipping costs (since I'm ordering from Europe these can be pretty steep).

Anyway, I'll try again some day in case you've manage to fix this issue.
