Bestiary 4 not arrived yet

Hey guys,

My last sub shipment was confirmed to be going out the week of Oct 28. It was split into 2 boxes, I had the AP and Bestiary 4 in one and a novel in the other. The novel arrived fine a few weeks ago, but my AP and Bestiary never did. I'm in Canada so I'm used to waiting long periods but it hasn't been this long before. I emailed customer service (not realizing there is an issue due to the Golem sale), but no response because of the current situation. I was wondering, would that bestiary 4 shipment have been affected by the sale issues then? I ask because the other box arrived fine. Anyone else not received the sub shipment from late Oct/early Nov?

Thanks. Also, my apologies for emailing about it as well as I was not aware if the shipping situation you guys are working with. Thanks for the hard work as always!
