Potion Purchasing in PFS

When I read the rules for purchasing potions in the guide to pfs play, it says that these items are normally made by duids, wizards, or clerics. But what if i want to buy a potion for a spell that wizards, druids, and clerics can't make into a potion because it is too high of a spell level for them, but for a ranger or paladin it is still possible for them to make it into a potion. It is reasonable to assume that said item is still purchasable in pfs as a potion made by a ranger or paladin at the third level ranger or paladin potion price right? instead of not being able to purchase it in this form. I have only been able to get peoples opinion on it, but no one states a clear ruling why it can't be purchased. the only response is that it is on the druid/cleric/wizard spell list so I have to buy a school. But it isn't on their spell list for making potions, so therefore I should be able to purchase it.

Can you give an example?

If the spell is on the wizard, cleric or druid spell list, it is required to purchase as if it was made by one of those 3 (whichever has the spell at the lowest spell level). If such a spell is still too high to make a potion, then a potion is not available.

Items can be purchased from ranger/paladin/summoner/etc. only if the spell in question does not show up on the wizard, cleric, or druid spell lists at all.
EDIT:

Organized Play. The only exceptions are spells that are not on
the cleric, druid, or wizard spell list.

An example would be stoneskin which is a 4th level wizard/sorcerer spell, 5th level druid, but only a 3rd level summoner spell.

Or life bubble, which appears on the cleric, druid, ranger, and wizard/sorcerer lists but only the ranger gets it by 3rd level.

But as Sniggevert quotes, such a potion is simply not available in PFS.

That would be what, 1,300gp a pop? I know low calorie drinks are in fashion but that's a bit pricy for my tastes.

1050gp - and I agree, not available without chronicle access.

Edit: oh, 1300gp for summoner stoneskin, yes. *shakes head at the thought*.
