I placed this order Nov. 23. And noticed my bank had the transaction "pending" a few days ago. The funds never came out of my account and are no longer "pending". Should I be concerned about that sequence of events and the long processing time on your end? I know it has not been 15 business days yet, but you guys usually get an order rolling pretty fast....Please advise.

Your order is actually in our shipping queue at this time, and you should receive a confirmation email from us as soon as it ships out from our warehouse.
When an order for physical products is placed on our website we'll check with your bank to ensure funds are available for the transaction, however we won't actually charge you for your order until we ship it from our facility. When we check for available funds your bank will often create an authorization, or a temporary hold on funds in your account that displays in a similar manner as a charge.
