So, inspired by this thread, I was thinking that for my homebrew, I might make it so that all good outsiders fall under the name "Angels" and just tend to live in different parts of Nirvana/Heaven/Elysium (which is all one plane) but no hard divides. I kind of like the contrast with the Good outsiders unified while the Evil and Neutral outsiders are more fractured.
What do you guys think? Cool/not cool? Does it make sense?

Also, note that I don't think there are necessarily too many outsider groups, I just like the flavor of unified good outsiders :)
If this fits your campaign world, then go for it. Some of the outsiders may need some retheming to work within this structure, so just be prepared for that.
If they are unified, I'd also suggest addressing the relation of the good deities to one another and how they function. If the good outsiders are more unified, what does this say about the gods?

I have been working with the notion that angels are stage managing a peace amongst the good planes. There are some militant lawful good, chaotic good, and even neutral good (we are going to beat the law and/or chaos out of those guys so we can do some real good)types that complicate that goal, but for the most part the relationships between the good powers (and their troops) is friendly competition.
