Dear Customer Service-
I recently purchased (1) PaizoCon 3-Day Badge and (1) PaizoCon Banquet ticket under order #2921075. Currently they do not appear in my e-ticket account. If you could remedy this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, I added the Skull & Shackles + Add-On Deck PACG to be placed in my side cart under Order# 2927200. It does not appear in my side cart but does show in my account history. If you could shed light on this matter that would be awesome.

I prodded your order with my +1 Verminbane Stick of Poking and it looks like the bug causing it was promptly nullified. Your Skull & Shackles set should now be properly displaying in your sidecart.
We're still looking for the bug thats causing the Paizocon tickets to not properly display, as soon as we find it we should give it similar treatment and your tickets should properly display on your account. I apologize for the inconvenience in the mean time!
