Blood Under Tacoma! (...er, Absalom) February 1, 2014

Gamerati is hosting a game day at Pacific Lutheran University, and the organizers have requested that the Northwest Pathfinder Society bring a "large" PFS presence. We're going to try to give it to them by staging Blood Under Absalom, the Season 3 special.

If you are interested in participating, please sign up on our Warhorn page. In order to run the special we need to have a five tables confirmed, which is why I'm starting sign up now. Tell your friends!

We will also have a number of Season 5 scenarios running, including at least one table of The Confirmation, so if you have any friends or acquaintances who have been wondering what this whole PFS thing is about, this is the perfect time to show them.

There is a $20 fee to get into the game day, but your entry includes a $20 discount at the on-site retailers.

the warm-up slot is slated for 11am-4pm. the special is set to run from 6pm-11pm. there's a few season 5 scenarios offered, including the replayable Confirmation.

it's crucial that we get enough tables to run the special, otherwise no one will get credit. we ran one at Card Kingdom in November and it was a blast. five tables running Race for the Runecarved Key.

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing people playing only in the special will want to get there around 5pm? there is a fair bit of coordination to set everything up, mostly for the GMs, but having everyone ready to go is immensely helpful.

Unfortunately, due to low numbers in advance registration, we are not going to be able to hold the special, but we will still have PFS scenarios and possibly modules. Check the Warhorn page over the next couple of days for the details.
