I've seen that the 5-08 is "repeatable". Does this mean that I can play through it for credit with more than one character?

a. show what text you're referring to when you say 'seen' please.
b. standing rules in PFS dictate what you can and can't do with scenarios, so I'd go by them first.

Yes, my understanding is that you can play through this one with all of your different 1st level characters.

You can play #5-08 as many times as you'd like with different 1st level characters. You may also play it once with a 2nd level character (who didn't play it already at 1st level).

As a bonus, you get GM credit that can be applied to a 1st level character as many times as you run it (and once to a second level character should you choose).

Thanks Kyle. It's nice to have a repeatable; I've got a stack of character ideas that I'd like to play at some point and don't see too many low level games being offered up online (and have already seen repeats of the first couple that I played a month ago).

Yeah, I stop GMing for a little and everything changes, haha.

Yeah, that third star of yours is to blame for my inability to find sessions Sior. I'll never get to see if Hava will actually be effective at higher levels at this rate :)

Actually, maybe I shouldn't run Hava in TOZ's game since I only get to run it at second level once ever...

I'll pick up again next month/year. Right now focusing on other things.

Awww, was looking forward to fighting alongside him. Ah well. I'm gonna bring a lvl 1 just because.

I'll use this opportunity to say that I love this scenario! I'm GMing it right now on these boards, and I think it could be the best introduction ever to PFS. Making it repeatable is just the cherry on top.

+1 I've prepped it to run on New Year's and really am looking forward to doing so. I love the way it can be different each time it's played. It's also great to see an intro scenario that actually expects and rewards you for acting like good pathfinders.

Page 29 of Organized Play states, "A player may only play a Tier 1–2

module or sanctioned Adventure Path content for credit
once with a 2nd-level character, but may use additional
1st-level characters to replay the same content for credit." I do not interpret that as you must play it the first time with a 2nd level character to play it with a 2nd level at all as opposed to your (who didn't play it already at 1st level). I interpreted it as you can play it as many times as you want with a 1st level character and once with a 2nd level regardless of when you play that 2nd level. Anyone else?

You are correct, Edenwaith. I think Kyle was merely stating that the 2nd lvl character you play cannot have also played it at level 1. Note he says a 2nd level character who didn't play it already.

Which is good considering how close he is with the author...

Just trying to avoid table variation, you know how Kyle cringes at table variation:)

I actually have a new question about this scenario.

Joined a pick up game today and we got to talking about the Confirmation at the end of the scenario. I've completed it a couple times now (not counting my first try wherein I got dead), and the Chronicle for one of my characters has no items crossed off. Apparently there should always be only some of the items depending on which encounters the GM rolls? Who do I contact regarding this? Our GM was pretty new and as far as I can tell doesn't really post on these boards so I don't think he'd see a PM.

If you're unable to contact the GM who ran the game, you can always contact your local Venture Captain or Venture Lieutenant to hopefully resolve the issue for you.

If you remember which items you found, you can also just cross off the rest yourself.
Also, once the character gains some more prestige, it doesn't matter which items are on the sheet for The Confirmation, because he will be able to buy those because of his fame score ;)

I don't actually remember which rooms we did so I wouldn't be able to cross them off myself. I'll send the GM a PM, but I don't think he'll see it. Where do I find the list of online VL's / VC's?
