From a game at a con about 9 months ago. Is this an issue? The game in question was a module, so would be a lot to lose. I'm assuming this is fine and was just an error in reporting, but I don't know if there is any way to have it cleared up. I will probably see my area VC this weekend, so will also check in with him, but wanted to ask here as well.

It happens a lot. Don't worry. Just keep ahold of your chronicle sheets.
If you're paranoid about losing them in a fire scan them and email them to yourself.
Thanks. I'm pretty organized and haven't lost any yet, but was going through my credits and sorting some GM credits and discovered the missing one.

Theft of backpack at big con is I'd wager the most likely. Right after outright loss into the either. Neither is especially fun.

Sometimes an event coordinator can miss a reporting sheet, be bogged-down and delayed in reporting, or might find the reporting sheet to be incomplete or illegible. These are just some reasons why you may be missing an event on your PFS Sessions tab.
Reporting Pathfinder Society Events on Paizo's website helps campaign management track player growth, properly budget resources to meet the campaign's needs, and assist in reconstructing a character should its chronicle sheets become lost or destroyed. However, per the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play, p36 "Physical records always count as the truest accounting of a character" this is regardless of what may or may not be reported online.
