So, I attempted to make a pretty big order for the Golem sale yesterday (admittedly not paying attention to see that you guys were closed down for the holiday weekend) but when I pushed the confirm order button at the end I was just sent back to the main Paizo Store page, all of my items were still in my cart, and my bank account now has a pending charge for the amount of my order. Now, I figured at the time that maybe the holiday downtime could have had something to so with the issue and that the charge on my account is just there because I attempted to buy something that didn't go through, so it will come back to me in a few days. My big concern is that even though I tried to make an order while the sale was going on, if I have to wait until Monday to put the order through I'll miss the great deals. Help!

Your order was submitted successfully on November 30th. You can verify this from your Order History page.
I show two failed authorizations from when you attempted to submit the order originally.
In this case, your first 2 transactions were approved by your bank but denied by our credit card processor because your billing address did not match exactly what your bank has on file. I have placed an authorization reversal request in, and usually your funds will be released within 5 business days, however your bank controls when these fund become available.
