I was wondering if I could get a list of all the brick and mortar retailers in my state (Minnesota) and the neighboring ones (Wisconsin, Iowa, Dakotas) that stock Pathfinder.
I am desperately trying to find an out of print Pathfinder book and am calling everyone with driving distance that I know about. I was hoping you might be able to help me with the ones I don't know about.

The link Matt gave above is the closest thing we can provide you with. Our Retailers tool is a list of retail locations that have registered on our website—however a retail location is not required to sign-up in order to sell Paizo products.
You might also want to check out our Distributors list. This is a comprehensive list of all of our distributors. You should be able to contact them and ask about what retailers in your area they supply with Paizo products.
