Paizo Order # 2780903

My order has been pending for 9 days now. Can I get an update as to when I will be getting my products shipped? I have emailed customer service, but they have not got back to me. Why is that?

Secondly, Pact Magic Unbound, Vol. 1 says it is now a backorder, can you let me know when that will be back it stock?

I dont mind waiting, but waiting without an answer is a little frustrating..

Currently we're working to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however it is taking us a bit longer than usual to fulfill orders due to the high volume being placed due to the Great Golem Sale.

We have your copy of Pact Magic Unbound Vol. 1 in stock and ready to be shipped, our system marked your copy as reserved and indicated that any future orders for it will be on Backorder.
