We shipped your package out on the 5th of November with an estimated arrival time of 7 to 11 business days in transit. Today marks day 13 since your package departed from our facility and it is running beyond our estimated arrival time. I'd like to give your package a little bit more time to show up before I take further action. While its fairly uncommon some of our shipments to Canada do take a bit longer to arrive than normal, and I'd like to give your package a bit more time to make its way to your location.
