Order 2732959 - 2 Weeks "Pending"?

Hi guys,

I ordered a small pack of modules on November 8th, and the order is still "pending"... Is that normal? (I know it's a busy time for you guys, I'm just worried that there may be something wrong...)

Your order looks to be set up properly in our system, we're experiencing delayed fulfillment times due to the increased volume from the Great Golem Sale. The warehouse staff are currently working to process orders as quickly as possible, and we should have your order shipped as soon as it comes up in the shipping queue. While its just a personal guess, I suspect yours should be processed early to mid of next week.
