PFS #0-01 Silent Tide
When : Monday, November 25th, 2013, 10AM EST (GMT-5)
Where : Roll20 + G+ Hangout
Who : PCs can be anywhere between lvls 1 and 5, sub-tiers 1-2 and 4-5.
What : When strange reports of misty undead spread through Absalom, you and your fellow Pathfinders are dispatched to the half-drowned district of Puddles. Notoriously rough, the drooling addicts, flesh panderers, and quick-handed knifers of Puddles are the least of your worries. The night's tide brings with it an ancient armada of some long-forgotten war and you are the only thing between their mist-shrouded ghost fleet and Absalom's utter oblivion.

I just sent an email. I wasn't sure what exactly "filled out" meant so I added starting and ending gold, xp, and pp to the sheet from my last game. If I'm not supposed to add information to them I've still got the original image that Sior sent me.
You're supposed to do that to all your chronicles, actually. :)

Strictly speaking (and I've never seen this followed to the letter), per pg 35 of the Guide:
Blank sheets are handed to players.
Players fill in their name, character, PFS ##, Faction, slow or regular progression, starting exp, starting fame, starting prestige, and starting gold.
The GM then takes them back.
The GM fills in experience gained (with initial where applicable), prestige gained (with initial), gold gained (with initial), Day Job result (and initial), and crosses out any treasures not earned, whether skipped, given up, or out of tier. Also, any circumstances which occurred and carried over are recorded, purchases, selling.
Then the players total up the values for exp, gold, prestige, fame, etc.
The GM checks the math and signs off on the sheet.
Again, I've never seen it happen like that. It's always the GM fills out their stuff and then gives it to players to fill in the blanks.
Now, personally, I fill in character info at the top and all the other GM'y stuff, including purchases and the like. I leave it to the player to tally their totals. There are GM's however, that simply fill in the rewards and hand out the sheets, so you have to fill in your purchases yourself. It varies by GM.

It makes the tracking sheets feel somewhat redundant. (And I'm unclear if I'm supposed to start a new one of those after each scenario where I spend money on gear or not.)
But I've kinda sidetracked KBoom's thread pretty badly now.
The ITS is designed for Seasons 5 and forward, which don't have the items bought/items sold boxes. You aren't meant to use those anymore on the older ones, but a lot of people do anyway.

Erm, I'm pretty sure the ITS was to be used for ANY and ALL purchases 25gp or more regardless of what scenario it's purchased in. Think of the ITS as part inventory sheet and part table of contents, as it says what Chronicle you bought it on, when you used it, or when you sold it. It also has a handy place to track wand charges. Now if only it had a place for ammunition, too.
And to answer Zan's question, you can continue to fill out the ITS until it gets full. Then start a new one with the number 2 in the box in the upper right corner.
Edit: Found the gold limit, it's 25gp. Here's Mike Brock's post about them from August.

In the list in the main section, the three boxes by each line are headed as Bought, Sold, Expended. You write the chronicle sheet number in which you did it in that box. As for the check-boxes down below, I don't know as ammunition is bought so frequently it's hard to keep track of, hahaha. (I still write my purchases on my sheets, even on Season 5 sheets where it says "Notes". Helps me remember where that 2gp went off to.

Right. That's what I said.
It's designed for Seasons 5 and forward. Because they don't have room on the Chronicle for purchase tracking. You aren't supposed to use the purchase tracking boxes on the old Chronicles anymore, because now we have the ITS. But you can, if you like filling out forms in triplicate, which some people do.

Oh! I misread. I thought you said that the ITS wasn't meant to be use for old[er season] Chronicles, hahaha. My mistake.

Oh. I've been using those as simple checkboxes, or for quantities (4 bought, 2 consumed for example)

Fair enough. My statement was somewhat ambiguous.
