Getting error message on checkout

Hello Everyone,
I keep getting the following error message when trying to check out my shopping cart on the website: "This order cannot be processed because an appropriate shipping rate cannot be found.

Please contact customer.service@paizo.com for assistance." Can you help get this resolved?

Our system is currently having trouble processing Print/PDF bundles and our tech team is working to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. If you would like to contact us via phone I'd be glad to try and process your order for you, otherwise we should hopefully have the website processing them soon.

Do you have an ETA on when this issue will be resolved? I can not call during the day as I am at work.
