We're looking to run a special game day this weekend for the folks who just can't wait to try out the new classes. What's a good, challenging tier 1 or 1-2 scenario to see just what these new classes can do?
I was thinking Darkest Vengeance or The Dalsine Affair: Scenarios with a reputation as being killer. But these get their reputation mainly from abusing Darkness (or Deeper Darkness), don't they?
How is Tide of Morning? Or how about The Hydra's Fang Incident, or Severing Ties? Maybe The Cyphermage Dilemma?
Any suggestions? Thanks much.

I am not at all sure that the new classes will be able to shine, or even differentiate themselves, at first level. Monks come front loaded with bonus feats, but even they take a few levels to show what they can do. Casters are limited to first level spells, and few of those. Barbarians have no rage powers, but do have rage itself.

My players probably won't wait 9 days, so I want to give them something to tinker with now. Of course, if I run something that kills all their PCs, 9 days from now will be about the right time for them to start over from scratch! ;P
