Hello, I am looking for some ideas for a custom magic item for my Tuesday game. Here's the deal: My players are Gestalt and have a single Mythic Tier (I know, but the bad guys are even worse!) The PC's are: Human Cleric/Barbarian (Elementalkin - Cold), Mythic Champion; Human Bard/Summoner, Mythic Marshal; Catfolk Rogue/Magus, Mythic Trickster; and Human Monk/Druid (large Ape companion), Mythic Guardian. Everyone is 7th level.
The Monk/Druid's animal companion, Bo Bo, went ahead and got a triple-natural-20 auto-kill on a Rock Troll. I let him describe, in great detail, just how fantastically Bo Bo dominated this Rock Troll. Skipping the less important details, Bo Bo - in the style of Mr. Kong - grabbed the Rock Troll's upper and lower jaws and made sure they never became friends again.
Now the Monk/Druid has the Rock Troll's skull (minus the lower jaw), and says he wants to take it back to town and get it enchanted to become a head piece for Bo Bo. As this is well deserved (triple 20's are not easy to come by), I'm very willing to oblige. However, I would like some help with coming up with good custom enchantment ideas. Another group member also collected a vial of Troll blood from the Rock Troll, and said he would give it to the Monk/Druid if it would help create a better enchantment.
More general Enchantments are welcome, but I would like to try to keep the enchantments themed either around the Rock Troll (it's his head, after all), or around the epic deed involved in obtaining the head piece. One enchantment I think would be in good spirits would be something like Fast Heal 2 (not as good as Regeneration 5, but certainly works with the Troll theme.

The two things that come to mind for me are:
- Regeneration
- Increased rend damage
Both of these are things that the rock troll had, and it sounds like a rend was used for the triple-20 event, so bestowing them on the ape feels appropriate to me.
Oh that would be neat to give him Rend. I don't want to give him Regeneration; being able to reattach limbs AND being unkillable (baring ability damage or Acid/Sonic damage) is a little too steep for my taste atm. Fast Heal sounds fine to me, and is still close enough to fit the theme.
