So the local post office has "misrouted" this package, and despite "every effort" to correct the problem over the past four days since it was out for delivery, as of today it's still a no-show. I couldn't recall if it was ten, twelve, or fourteen days from shipping before something's considered lost, but it's sadly coming quickly to the two week mark.

Today is business day 8 since it shipped. While this is the tail end of the 4-8 business day estimate for transit times, we do like to give it an additional week to make sure it can work its way through any delays.
Let's give this one until Friday November 8th, and if it hasn't been sorted out by the post office by then, let me know and we will revisit our plan of attack.

I just got word that today's mail was delivered, and the order was not part of it. However, USPS is showing an update for the first time in a week, and it may be that the order is on the way back to you guys (it's definitely further away from me now than it was).

Taking the USPS number from Mail Innovations and plugging it in over at the USPS.com site shows what I think is hopefully more accurate information which is that it is finished sorting at your local postal office and should hopefully be out for delivery soon.
Lets give them a few more days and see if it shows up, if not, we'll get you set up with a replacement.
