Yeah, yeah. One of my friends and I did that thirty years ago. We stuffed some clothing with pillows during finals week at the U of M, made a dummy out of it, and dropped it off the roof of the dorm with a noose around its neck in front of several peoples' windows. Bloodcurdling screams.

I dressed up as a snowman about five years ago (we don't celebrate halloween though) and scared the pants of some kids coming back from school in the evening. You should have seen them run...

This one is a toss up between Scares and reviles

Kind of like doing something special for the Jewish Community at Halloween by marching a hundred guys dressed as SS into their Suburb and rounding Up Jews and putting little yellow Stars on them and taking them away.
