Need some help with some campaign trait designs

So I'm working on some campaign traits for a home game I'm working on and I'm looking to get some feedback on what works, what doesn't, and what people think could improve them to put them more on par with those of other paizo ap's.

This is the link to the current list

Also I'm trying to figure out some good ideas for a solider background character trait that grant interesting mechanical options but isn't just a retread of the other solider traits we already have.

I can offer up these two, which we've adopted as campaign traits in our game:

Flair for Combat (Combat)
Treat your BAB as +1 higher when determining pre-requisites for feats and abilities. This trait has no effect on your attack or CMB rolls.

Well-Read (Equipment)
Gain a +1 Trait bonus on all Knowledge skill checks. This does not allow a character to make Knowledge checks untrained.

Ohh those are pretty cool. Did you manage to look at the other ones in the link?
