Hey, guys:

The Four Horsemen--a group that includes Steven Helt, the current RPG Superstar--have created four Flesh Golem Variants for my publication house.

These include:

The Crawling Horror: An amalgamation of smaller golems that moves rapidly on broken fingers and shattered ankles. It can split apart from the main golem when the golem is critically struck.

Spiritflesh Golem: A stitched-together, incorporeal golem that can change others to incorporeal creatures. Though mindless, it carries an imprint of the lives it once had.

Stitch Golem: Crafted from the limbs and torsos of dozens of soldiers by practitioners of dark magic, the stitch golem works on the battlefield, dismembering enemy troops and mending friendly ones with the spare parts of fallen warriors.

Witchflesh Golem: An abomination of murdered or stolen bodies of witches, hags, and their familiars, the witchflesh golem can bring to bear malevolent hexes against enemies

These will be up on the Paizo estore soon. Also, publishers, I'll be releasing the artwork (by Jacob Blackmon) as licensable stock art very soon.

Good to see someone doing something different with the poor old flesh golem. It does seem to be one of the relatively forgotten monsters.

Eric, I thought it was a cool idea to reimagine them. I think the Four Horsemen did a good job!
