Using alternate Full-Attack and BAB structure: need help adjusting TWF

Hey!

So, I've adopted the common "2 attack" house rule regarding BAB and full-attacks.

For those not in the know, it goes like this:
At BAB +6 you don't get +6/+1 you get +4/+4
At BAB +11 it becomes +10/+10
At BAB +16 it becomes +16/+16

I'm a full convert to the system. Less attacks but better chances of hitting really simplify AND speed up play.

What I'm looking at now is how to fit Two-weapon Fighting in there. I have two options:

OPTION A
Two-Weapon Fighting: grants extra attack. all attacks take -2
Improved Two-weapon Fighting: the -2 penalty is removed
Greater Two-weapon Fighting: a 2nd extra attack, the -2 penalty returns
"Superior" Two-weapon Fighting*: the penalty is removed again

OPTION B
Two-weapon Fighting: grants extra attack. all attacks take -2
Improved Two-weapon Fighting: the penalty is reduced to -1
Greater Two-Weapon Fighting: grants 2nd extra attack
"Superior" Two-weapon Fighting*: penalty is reduced to 0

*Made up feat to end the chain smoothly

In both cases:
TWF requires BAB +0
ITWF requires BAB +6
GTWF requires BAB +11
STWF requires BAB +16

My question is, which option do you think is the best one?
I am leaning toward option B but I would like some consensus.

Thanks
