I got a pleasant surprise when I go home last night - my October Paizo shipment was waiting for me. It was a surprise because I had not been notified it had shipped. I received the first notice that said it was shipping in the next couple of weeks, but did not get the second notice it had shipped.
I received everything but the Battles which is coming seperately. When I went to "My Downloads", none of the books that shipped were in there. I checked "Order History" and this is what it showed:

I know you are having computer problems, but I thought you would like to know what is happening.
I hope I don't get double shipped on the books, or missed on the Gargauntuan Green Dragon.
Any idea when the PDFs will be available?

Your order should now be displaying properly and your PDFs available on your My Downloads page. While the systems been a little quirky about displaying proper shipment information for some of our orders it's still able to ship things just fine, so you should see your Green Dragon soon. :)
