Which venture officer should I contact?

I live in Stafford, VA, which is an hour and a half from Fairfax and an hour and a half from Richmond. I was wondering which venture officer was in charge of Stafford so I could find out about more local game days or publicly run scenarios.

If there isn't anything published, then there isn't really anyone in charge of it officially. I'd email them both and ask them both if they know of anything happening in Stafford.
