So I was reading through the threads and noticed a lot of people are upset about people playing more then non-core races than the core races. (Side note: I love the additional races! Just wish I could actually get a boon for one!)
So I started thinking what type of boons would make people want to play the core races. I came up with two ideas.
1. Bonus 1st level feat for only core races (minus human).
2. Special Race specific Archtype!!! Great way to either create a halfling outrider archtype or introduce the Sable Marine Archtype.

I like where you're thinking with this.
Mike tried something similar last Season, by withholding some choice Archetypes from the Additional Resources page for inclusion as future Boons, so your character could actually play in a Scenario storyline that awarded the appropriate Archetype as a Boon.
Unfortunately, there was a public outcry against it, "I bought Advanced XYZ Guide, and now I can't use Archetype ABC!" or "I played Scenario XYZ with my Druid, as my Paladin was out of Tier, so now I miss out on the Hellknight Archetype boon".

While I appreciate the suggestion for improving the campaign, I see some problems with the particular suggestions.
1. Bonus 1st level feat for only core races (minus human).
There are some tricky ramifications of that, most substantially the question of whether all of the existing characters of those races would gain the bonus feat. This is also a house rule that modifies how an existing and very critical component of the game works, and Mike and I try to avoid modifying the core game's rules as best we can; our modifications are typically based around the rules of Pathfinder Society Organized Play.
I suspect it will be easier for us to address the non-core race disparity by examining other avenues (or probabilities) for distribution than by modifying existing races' bonuses—particularly in this retroactive way.
2. Special Race specific Archtype!!! Great way to either create a halfling outrider archtype or introduce the Sable Marine Archtype.
I am with Stephen. We're tinkering with a little more along this line, but at this time PFS is not creating new rules material like archetypes (though I do love making archetypes). Still, it's helpful to know that these types of rules specific to races are appreciated.

Still you have things that make appearances in the paizo blogs that haven't been released yet. I think Sable Marines would be a perfect boon.
